PURITY

Purity: In this low angles, wide shot we can see the light shinning through some trees and leaves. Purity is reflected throughout this image in several different ways, one of which being the light itself. It is arguable to suggest the light shinning through the trees is the main focus of this image and the main thing that connotes purity. The way the light looks like it is targeting the audience in this low angle, reflects on the christian religious beliefs, stating that when you die you see a similar light that will guide you to heaven and to God. Things like heaven and God are common connotations of purity and gives the image and spiritual feeling. Furthermore, the light, trees and leaves are all natural elements, untouched by mankind and left to grow peacefully on their own. Nature is again another connotation of the word purity as it is not man made or forced.
